Dear reader, same procedure as every year: Frankfurts picks a fine looking tree somewhere out of a European forest. The things gets transported here (see above. this time from Inzell, Bavaria, to us) brave fire fighters (I have a thing for them. Went to a seminar at a station once to check out all the equipment. Was great.) Anyway, the tree is up and then - it has turned into a sad, pathetic little thing. Everyone hates it, bitches about the tree and so the city tries to hide the fact by putting decoration on it. Now you know why we have to drink all that Glühwein and Feuerzangenbowle!
