Hallo zzusammen, erinnert sich noch jemand daran als Klaus Wowereit,der Berliner Bürgermeister davon sprach, seine Stadt sei "arm, aber sexy"? Nun da Frankfurt sich wandelt hin zu mehr Schönheit und Lebensqualität: neue Altstadt, neue Tower, hippe Quartierentwicklung (Ostend, Bahnhofsviertel) spricht die Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung von unserer Stadt als "reich und sexy"- yes, we know it:) Der besondere Charme hier liegt aber an ihrer gelungenen Mischung aus Großstadtflair auf kleinem Raum. Was mir meistens gut gefällt, doch dann und wann ziehts mich raus ins ganz tiefe Grüne zum Ausruhen. Und du? Bist du ein Stadtmensch oder liebst du das Land?
Howdy, so you know there was a time when the Berlin mayor tried to make the best of its city constant budget crisis, think Washington D.C., and invented the slong "poor but sexy". Well, not to show of or anything but lately in Frankfurt people are increasingly proud of referring to their city as being "rich and sexy". Frankfurt is not only prospering but offers all the benefits of a metropolis without the negatives (travelling long distances for instance)
And lately its has been brushing up on its hippness too: new old town, new towers, new neighborhood: Europaviertel opening Aug 29, revitalizing of its Eastend and the hood around central station. Yes, we're sexy and we know it:)What kind of a person are you? The small town bunny or a big city cat? I know I need a balance of both every now and then. Follow me on bloglovin!

Auf der einen Seite mag ich die Vorzüge einer Großstadt, aber würde lieber ländlich wohnen. Das hat sich im Laufe meines Lebens verändert. Als junge Frau wäre ich nie auf die Idee gekommen, auf´s Land zu ziehen.
