Dear reader, I have just returned for a quickie: the follow up I promised to tell you why I have changed my mind about Koons sculptures. So when walking thru the exhibition at Liebighaus Frankfurt with all its ancient and medieval sculptures I started looking at the modern art. And it makes you stop and start reflecting. These eye-catching exhibits seemed to be strangely out of place. But if art is supposed to be about providing a new perspective for viewers this is what was happening.
